Student Research Assistant - Climate Politics (gn)
The Centre for Sustainability is looking for a Student Research Assistant (gn).
You will support Christian Flachsland in conducting a quantitative review of the climate politics literature. The contract shall start as soon as possible and will be limited for three months. The working time is 10 hours per week.
Your tasks:
- Implementation of academic literature webscraping
- Setting up infrastructure for coding acacemic articles using a pre-defined codebook
Your profile:
- Requirements:
- Enrolled student at a German university in fields like political or social sciences
- Interest in climate politics
- Desirable skills:
- (Un)supervised machine learning
- Quantitative text analysis
- Github
- Creating appealing figures
