Associate Communications Centre for Digital Governance (gn)
We are looking for an
Associate Communications (gn)
part-time (20 hours/week), to start in Spring 2025 with a permanent contract. The successful candidate will work at our Centre for Digital Governance and report to the Centre's manager.
Your tasks:
- Develop the Centre's overall communication strategy in close collaboration with the Centre manager
- Responsibility for the Centre's internal and external communication in close collaboration with the Centre Manager. This includes:
- Writing monthly newsletters
- Creating website content and updating the website
- Managing the School's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube)
- Creating appropriate visuals for all channels
- Attendance in Centre events and other activities, providing real-life communication
Your profile:
- University degree in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of professional experience relevant to this position.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with the relevant social media platforms.
- Very good knowledge of graphic design software for promotional materials (e.g. Canva).
- Basic knowledge of website management tools (e.g.Typo3)
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
