We are looking to fill the position of

Associate Examination Office (gn)

part- or full-time (30-40 hours/week). The contract is initially limited to two years, with the possibility of a permanent contract afterwards, and to start as soon as possible.

 

Your tasks:

  • Information management using the campus management software “Academy 5”
  • Coordination of examination process for all Master programmes (incl. exam week schedule & exam proctoring)
  • Handling requests by students such as calculation of student rankings, processing of medical certificates, learning adaptions, study recognition of courses from partner institutions, study breaks or study extensions
  • Issuing official documents such as certificates, transcripts and diploma degrees
  • Liaise with Curricular Affairs team (ensuring master thesis, internship and other examination requirements)
  • Updating information in the Learning Management System (LMS) “Moodle” for students & faculty

Your profile:

  • University degree, ideally including some international experience
  • Proficiency with MS-Office applications
  • Detail-oriented and precise working style
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and ability to deal with confidential matters responsibly
  • Excellent oral and written command of English and German
  • Experience working with Moodle and Academy 5 is beneficial
  • Experience working in study programme management or at an Examination Office at another university is beneficial
